The Clearmetrics billing system has many benefits and continues to evolve as clients demand more from the product. Here are just a few of the main benefits:

Branding the product as your own - The importance of this can not be stressed enough. Presenting your clients with a multi-product, multi network billing application, company branded and ready to go in a matter of weeks!

Multi Products and Suppliers – Just one bill – We can bill all your voice, data, international, landline, VoIP and associated telecoms products to your clients through a single monthly bill.

Increased profit margins - If you use a third party supplier they will be getting the lion share of profit using their suppliers whose products they sell on to you, in effect paying you a commission. Billing yourselves however gives you all the profit.

Full control on what you bill your clients - You let us know what to bill your clients. They can be billed at many different levels for the same product, allowing you to offer a truly bespoke package for each individual client. Simply give us a template for all costs across products and we will implement them for you. Should you amend or improve prices these can be incorporated for the next month.

Split Billing - Separating work and private calls takes accounts departments many hours to process but our system does it automatically. Simply get your customers users to highlight which are private numbers and at the end of the month a separate bill is produced for all these calls saving the company 100’s of hours in admin each year.

Mid month provisioning - This product is a benefit to both you and your clients. Your customers can change the cost centre a number is allocated to mid month, plus should you wish to invoice clients for a pool of phones you have in stock then changing which client it’s allocated to presents no problem.

Online reporting - When you set up your clients account on-line you can allocate each number to a department, location, individual or cost centre, the complexity of which tailored to your customers requirements. Each month the bill will echo how the account has been set up and individual department and cost centers can access their bills.

Several Levels of Access - Any amount of users, with varying levels of security clearance can be added. Each user will have an individual user name and password.

Advanced search tool - Lets clients search their bill using advance systems criteria, searching calls at certain times, to various destinations, from and to specific numbers, type of call, call duration, numbers of calls to and from certain numbers and whether these are voice, data, text.

Another reason for your customers to stay with you - If your client receives bills for all their telecom products through a single bill you eliminate all competitors unable to offer the same service when it comes to renewing contracts.

The ability to choose / change or offer a range of suppliers for a single telecom product or products – Unlike most billing application offered by a mobile network or third party billing supplier, the Clearmetrics billing application allows you to use suppliers of your choice, provided they can offer usage data for billing. This allows you to work with one or more suppliers of each product, giving you the flexibility to offer your clients exactly what they want.
